The Lunch Hour Athlete - Training for the LA Marathon in an Hour-a-Day

The Lunch Hour Athlete is a blog dedicated to all things fitness related. As the name implies the blog is about training and working out for an hour a day. Our authors have pursued sports and fitness for years and bring fitness related knowledge from sports that range from cycling to boxing. With the L.A. Marathon right around the corner (05/2010) our authors had an idea; why not take that interest in fitness and a wide array of sports and focus it into one goal, finish the Los Angeles Marathon? The following articles will chronicle each author's pursuit of that goal and focus on topics such as weight loss, nutrition, injuries, endurance and a whole lot more!
